AI-Responder for HostAway is a Chrome extension that utilizes AI-powered responses to drastically reduce writing time for hosts. It is specifically designed for hosts on HostAway platform.

To use AI-Responder for HostAway, simply install the Chrome extension. The AI draws on property-specific knowledge, guest data, and previous chat history to generate responses. It provides pre-filled response fields that can be quickly altered if needed. The AI models used are of high quality and can create responses that often do not require editing.

Currently, it is specifically designed for HostAway and available as a Chrome extension. Compatibility with other platforms, browsers, and mobile devices is being developed and more information will be provided in the first quarter of 2023.

The pricing for the Chrome extension is estimated to be around $95/month/listing after the beta period. Beta users receive a 14-day free trial and a lifetime price lock of $49/month/listing for up to 300 queries/month/listing.
