Botello is an AI-supported chatbot that provides instant customer support. It can be integrated into your website or used as a WhatsApp Bot to interact with your customers, users, and employees.

To use Botello, simply login to the website and start asking questions about your product or company. Botello will respond to you like a human. You can also embed the Botello chat widget on your website or enable the WhatsApp Bot for your customers to get instant support. Additionally, by uploading a PDF with comprehensive details about your product, company, or services, Botello can learn and answer questions based on that information.

Botello uses AI to provide answers to questions based on the information provided in a PDF. It mimics human conversation and responds as if it were a support executive.

To enable the WhatsApp Bot, you need a Twilio subscription. You'll also need to set up a Twilio Whatsapp sender and add a number for sending Whatsapp messages. Copy and paste your Twilio SID, auth token, and Whatsapp number to enable the service.

When you subscribe, your card will not be charged. After 30 days, you will be charged based on your usage. There are different pricing plans available depending on your needs.

Once you have the necessary information in the PDF file, the entire setup process can be completed in just 10 minutes.
