To use ResolveAI, simply sign up for an account and train the AI chatbot using your own business documents. You can customize the chatbot to fit your branding and integrate it into your website or messaging platforms. ResolveAI will notify you about new conversations and live agent requests, allowing you to join live chat when needed.

Our agents are trained through a variety of sources depending on your objectives. Direct training prompts can be used to tell the agent what you want it to do. For example: "You are a customer service agent that will help answer FAQ questions". Now that the agent knows its purpose it will need data sources to draw upon. In this example you would add the website URL containing the FAQ or add a document with the FAQ questions and answers in it. This will allow the agent to know exactly how to answer each question.

First you can sign up and design your own chatbot through our dashboard. Once you are finished, you can copy-paste the code for the widget onto your site. Most popular providers such as WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow have sections to paste the code. We have guides for each provider in our Guide section.
