No, the technology used in enterprise solutions does not involve model training. Instead, it utilizes Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). This means that Tanka harnesses the power of AI, such as GPT models, to locate information within a specific database. Importantly, this process does not involve training on client data.

Your data is stored in the United States and Singapore (only for clients based in Asia Pacific). Tanka's infrastructure is designed with multiple layers of protection (defense in depth) to safeguard your data during transmission, storage, and processing. This includes encryption, least-privilege access, and secure software development practices. Your data will not be accessed by anyone else outside of your organization without your explicit authorization. Each customer's data is saved and encrypted on Tanka's data centers, which are hosted in top-tier cloud service providers, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc. AI-generated responses for each customer are based on their knowledge bases and public data on the Internet, and do not use confidential information from other organizations.
